Abstract

The growth of international online shopping is examined in this research, with a focus on how Flipkart connects Indian sellers with foreign buyers. In order to understand how Flipkart facilitates international trade, this article examines their online platform, technology, and logistical network. A growing number of people are buying Indian products online from outside of India, according to the research. It delves into how Flipkart helps SMEs expand internationally. Furthermore, topics like digital payments, consumer trust, and safe transactions are covered. The effect of convenient online access to products from different countries on purchasing behavior is investigated in this research. The fundamental goal of this research is to find out how trade regulations and public policies affect cross-border e-commerce. Currency fluctuations, delivery delays, and customs procedures are some of the significant obstacles that the investigation uncovered. Flipkart works with other organizations in this way, among others, to speed up shipping and return processes all over the world. This research aims to determine how well digital marketing works in drawing in clients from all over the globe. It exemplifies how data analysis and technology can improve the efficiency of MNCs.
